Lauren started training in Shotokan Karate in 2014 and at just 6

years old already aspires to be a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate.

 

Already demonstrating the style of Shotokan with long and deep

stances she is well on her way to attaining her first belt later this

year under the instruction of the Cannon Shotokan Karate

Federation instructors and not to mention with the help of

her father who also trains in Shotokan Karate.
